13.1 Quick Javadoc (CTRL+Q) Colors and Fonts
Which settings dictate the colors and fonts used in the quick documentation popups, e.g., CTRL+Q. The last update to 13.1 made the documentation rather ugly and I'd like to fix it if at all possible.
