android device is not visible in IDE

Hello, I have a community edition, last build.

I have an android  device (Pipo smart s1), but it is not appear in "Android" logcat tab.

"USB developer mode" turned on, drivers are installed, no other errors in Windows or device.

I forget, where I have to add a new android device to connect it to IDE?
