deployment option - how to autoupload changed .jsp files to server without redeploy

Hi, i would like to have my changed .jsp files auto-uploaded on my server, if i change the value in settings/deployment/option "upload changed files automatically to server" from never to always, its writing "default server is not configured. Nothig would be uploaded automatically", so then i configured default server in settings/deployment like this: http://www.jetbrains.com/idea/webhelp/creating-an-in-place-server-configuration.html#defaultServer, but now it's writing message: "default server 'server' does not need automatic upload, it already contains project", so what to do if I don't want to rerun my application after every change in .jsp files? thanks..
