how to determine changes between plugin versions?

Hi Folks. I see that I am using version 2.9.2 of the python plugin http://plugins.intellij.net/plugin/?id=631 , but the newest version is 2.10.0. How do I find the release notes detailing what changed between them? I'm using IntelliJ 11.1.4 on Mac OS X 10.7.5. Thanks! -- matt
