The tree view is causing headaches. I was wondering if there's some setting I'm missing. Here you can see the same *physical* file being shown at two different levels in the tree view despite both paths resolving to the same file. Yuo can see from the hover pop up on the edit tab filename that ~/development is a symlink to a dropbox repo. Their "tab title" is also different.
