How to access "XML Structure View"?

Hello,

On the IntelliJ website, a very cool XML structure view is shown:

http://www.jetbrains.com/idea/features/xml_editor.html

However, I can't find any way to launch such a view. In the "project" view, all I see are files organized by package. What am I missing?
