Mnemonics doesn't work in 13 but works in 12

Hi,

I don't understand what's wrong, I have tried switching on/off options in Appearence section but nothing changed. I'm using the same JDK for both - 1.7_45 also the same KeyMap (Mac OSX 10.5+), please help!!!
