Deploying a JavaFX Application - Where's the .msi file?

I've developed a JavaFX application using Intelli-J IDEA 12.1.6 Ultimate.  I want to deploy it, and it's primarily going to be used on Windows PCs.  I've edited the Artifacts dialog settings and set the Native bundle to "all".  The artifacts are built, and I do get the Web Start files and I also get a folder a Windows .exe file, and also an executable Jar file, but there's no .msi (Microsoft Installer) file in the destination folder tree.  I assume I'm missing something, but it's not clear what that might be.  Does anyone have a suggestion about what the problem might be?
