bulk switching UI settings [IntelliJ 12.x]

Hi,

is there a easy way to bulk switch on/off "layout settings". By "layout settings" I mean mainly refer to:

View|Toolbar

View|Tool Buttons

View|Statusbar

View|Navigation Bar

Use case for this: typically I work in the office on a external 27" LCD connected to my laptop. When travelling the internal LCD 12.5" is used. With all the bars enabled, the remaining screen size is way to small. On the large screen plenty space is available. Therefore I'd like an easy way to switch these on and off in bulk.
