Spring MVC Hello World + Tomcat 7. Do I need to import libs into Tomcat manually??

I am trying to run the HelloWorld Spring MVC app with Tomcat7.

IntelliJ12

The HelloWorld app is working with Glassfish, Jboss but not Tomcat.

The Sping dependencies are not found and so the annotations not recognized.

Any Ideas??
