12.1.x keeps building old code (android/phonegap)

Hello,

I'm developing an android/phonegap application, after updating IDE to version 12.1.x, it builds old code all the time (tested on 12.1.1/2/3). I had to turn off and on IDE so it would 'notice' code changes and make the proper build. Anyone else suffered from that? How can I fix this issue?
