Idea 12.1 CommandLineWrapper Mayhem

I installed Idea 12.1 this morning.  As I work in Idea, an external process starts up every few seconds causing Idea to loose focus.  The external process is com.intellij.rt.execution.CommandLineWrapper.  I can't be sure what the process is doing or why it pops up so frequently, but it's intolerable.  I will be reverting to a previous version.

OS X 10.8.3
